WHAT DO YOUR PHOTO PACKAGES LOOK LIKE?

I offer a variety of different photo packages for every type of session to fit everyone's photo needs! My packages consist of active photoshoot time, a set number of images you will receive (and you get to choose!), with full printing rights in the final online photo gallery where you can download high quality images, share on social media and order art/prints from. There is always the opportunity to purchase more images after the photoshoot has taken place if you happen to see more that you like too! I value quality over quantity :) I also offer custom packages if you’re looking for something a little different.

DO I GET PRINTING RIGHTS WITH MY IMAGES?

Yup, you sure do! I give my clients full printing rights to all of the final photos that they receive within their chosen photo package. So, print away! These are the online print vendors that I recommend: www.ProDPI.com & and www.SmallWoodHome.com

CAN I POST MY IMAGES ONLINE?

Well, of course! I just ask that you please tag my accounts, @aimeewilliams.creative on Instagram & @aimeewilliamscreative on Facebook, within the post and to promote my services to your friends and family any way you can! Also, I please ask that you use the highest quality images possible (direct downloaded images, no screenshots). This helps me get connected with new and diverse clientele, while making sure that people see the images at their best quality!

WHERE ARE WE GOING TO TAKE OUR PHOTOS?

Wherever you would like! I am located in Willamina, OR but I work full-time in Lincoln City (so I’m well-versed in beach spots). If you would like to go to a specific location, just let me know where and let’s do it! I charge a small travel fee for photo locations outside a 50-mile radius from my area. And if you’re not sure where you might want to go, I can recommend some places near us that could be a good option for what you have in mind. I don’t own an in-house studio...yet, but we can easily rent out a space if you’re looking for something interior. There are plenty of beautiful places that rent by the hour--easy peasy!

WHAT IF THE WEATHER IS BAD THE DAY OF OUR PLANNED SESSION?

An overcast day is still a go! Often overcast days are actually better for photo sessions, because there aren’t as many harsh shadows from the direct sun. However, if it’s raining, we will have to reschedule (without the rescheduling fee if foul weather is the cause).

Unless a wet/rainy session is the vibe you're going for, being out in the rain isn't fun for me, you, or my equipment!

WHEN ARE YOU AVAILABLE FOR PHOTOSHOOTS?

I am available for photoshoots on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the year. Time of sessions may vary depending on the season.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COMPLETE A GALLERY?

Within 3-4 weeks for all types of sessions. I try to post a few sneak peek photos onto my social media pages about 1 week after the photoshoot. Film and Wedding completion times are a bit longer and depend of film development/shipping time, around 9-12 weeks.
